Who we are
Owners Ross Washburn and Marcus Melita buckled on their tool belts and started Property Pros to better help homeowners throughout the Greater St. Charles and St. Louis areas with comprehensive home repair and remodeling services. Childhood friends, they have amassed more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry. Both Ross and Marcus have worked in nearly every aspect of construction.
Mike Govero joined the team to become part owner of the painting division of Property Pros. With his extensive painting background, Mike oversees all painting and taping projects.
